Shipping Information

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping (€12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over €50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding certain remote areas in Asia). International customers may be subject to customs duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Leitz Boutique purchase. If for any reason you’re not, our returns process is designed to be as refined as our products.

Return Policy

  • You have 15 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and accessories.
  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Computer maintenance products
  • Opened cafeteria items (cups, bottles and containers)
  • Personal protective equipment
  • First aid products

Return Process

  2. Authorization: Our team will send you a return authorization with detailed instructions.
  3. Pack Carefully: Repackage the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documents.
  4. Ship Back: Send the package to the address provided in the return authorization. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  5. Inspection: Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you about your refund or exchange status.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB or PayPal).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • Clearly indicate the desired replacement item in your return request.
  • We’ll process the exchange after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Additional shipping fees for the exchange will be your responsibility.

International Returns

For customers outside France:

  • International returns may be subject to additional customs fees which will not be refunded by Leitz Boutique.
  • We strongly recommend choosing a tracked and insured shipping service for returns.
